With our flexible schedule, you can join our Core sessions (offered in between BRIK's) anytime! We call them Core because they are designed to help you continue building strength, endurance, flexibility, and confidence. The Core sessions consist of Kaia cross-training workouts, one Kaia Flow day, and a Saturday walk/jog/run at a local park, or a power hour. During our Core sessions, we also offer basic nutritional guidance to help you make healthy food choices and keep your fitness on track. We gradually add on skills that are learned and perfected during the previous BRIKs to increase our overall fitness.
Each Kaia exercise has three levels: Balance (non-impact); Strength (mid-impact) and Kaia (high impact).
